Interview Process

The interview process consist of several interviews and is designed in a way which will help us to know more about you , your experiences , your achievements , your future plans, some aspects of your personality and what makes you a great candidate for the role. It will also give you a chance to know more about us , our philosophy , our culture and how can we support you building a remarkable career with us. Subject to the role you are applying for you may also required to complete a written assessment and undergone personality testing assessment.

There is no standard format for the interview but generally it may contain elements of behavioral and case interviews. The interview process may be virtual or in person and in case of virtual interview you are expected to keep your camera on.
